Christy is an experienced back end property lawyer. She has been acting for different developers, purchasers and vendors alike in Sydney, Melbourne and even in Brisbane. She is quick, bright and efficient. She adopts a commercial approach and is focused on delivering the best outcome for her clients at a reasonable price.

Throughout her years of practice, she has now developed great experience in advising business acquisitions, leases, developers as well as other more complicated transactions. A highlight of her career is that she has advised on the acquisition of a commercial property with 15 tenancies, and also a series of acquisition at Waterloo from structuring to acquisition, leasing and on the disputes associated with commercial leases.

She now specialises at advising medium sized businesses in their day-to-day operations in particular on issues associated with acquisition and setting up of a business.
